My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, quiet, serene, sparkling, and truly served as a welcome retreat after a full day exploring the Bay Area. The best view ever and impeccable cleanliness made it a perfect, clean, and comfortable accommodation. However, the hotel seemed to be more like a big resort at times, with crowds making it feel less exclusive.
Our stay was overall pleasant, with well-appointed rooms offering a peek-a-boo view of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge, though a bit outdated. The service was uniformly pleasant and attentive, with kind and nice staff. The location was stunning, providing lovely views of the bay despite some minor inconveniences. Dining options were decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with small but nice rooms and friendly service. The location was great, close to UC Berkeley and within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of options. However, some facilities had limitations, such as the hot tub closing early on a holiday Friday evening.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were overlooking the bay and grounds, very comfortable, and equipped with a massive 50' smart TV with streaming services like Netflix. The service was top-notch, with staff being amazingly nice and helpful, providing guidance on all hotel amenities. The location, nestled amidst lush palm trees, was serene and picturesque, though it felt a bit crowded like a big resort at times. Dining offered delicious options, and the facilities were exceptional.
